Specifications include, but are not limited to: OHA seeks a Contractor to use the Agency’s CAREAssist data to determine and process eligible claims for the CAREAssist Program. Services will include the successful Proposer managing medical and dental claims for eligible CAREAssist clients, and processing payments for health insurance premiums, co-payments, coinsurances and deductibles. The Services will require working directly with program clients through a variety of communication mediums and culturally competent modalities. The selected Contractor will also be collecting and reporting client data (including from OHA, clients, and providers) and reporting data to OHA. The successful Proposer is expected to provide a scalable, robust set of services that willsupport the program’s needs for the foreseeable future. The scope of work for the initial Contract term is expected to include the successful Proposer configuring, testing, and making its Services available on a timeline acceptable to the State. Future services are expected to require the selected Contractor to integrate its data reporting with other OHA systems.
