Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Construction of a conventional filtration surface water treatment facility with a capacity of 1,400 gpm and coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, and disinfection processes. 2. Construction of precast treatment facility building, cast-in-place concrete flocculation and sedimentation tanks, cast-in-place concrete clear well and chlorine contact tank. 3. Demolition of existing metal storage buildings on proposed facility site prior to construction and demolition of existing WTF after proposed facility start-up. 4. Construction of all necessary instrumentation and controls for a complete system. 5. Sealing and abandonment of existing Dakota well on facility site.
