Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project includes the complete reappraisal and revaluation, as defined on pages 32‐36 entitled “Appraisal Specifications”, of all real estate within the corporate limits of the TOWN of THOMPSON, Connecticut as of October 1, 2024. The successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies and equipment and perform all work for the project in strict accordance with the hereinafter listed specifications. All work will be carried out and all forms, material and supplies utilized in this project shall conform to and be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Secretary, Office of Policy and Management, the Connecticut General Statutes, and Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies pertaining hereto and shall be subject to the direct supervision and approval of the ASSESSOR of the TOWN.
