Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work on this project includes, but is not limited to the following; furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary for hauling, spreading, jointing and compacting hot mix asphalt (HMA) to the lines and levels indicated on the adjacent existing surface approximately 2,812.88 LF in length, and Edge of pavement (EOP) 25 feet in total width; or as directed by the Grantsville Public Works Director. Yellow traffic paint, vertical striped, with glass bead for lane delineation shall be included. Asphalt tack coat HMA tie-ins to existing ACP, Grind (butt-cut) intersection tie-ins, and tack coat, raise or lower valves/manholes to finish grade; collar valve clusters and manholes, and a 3-inch minimum HMA overlay application.
