Removal and proper disposal of HVAC units. Curbs will be preserved. The generator will be relocated to a site as determined by the city. Removal and proper disposal of HVAC units. Septic tank will need to be pumped, disconnected, capped at both ends and filled. Contractor will leave VFW sign intact at location. Site will be left at rough grade to promote positive drainage. Asbestos surveys will be provided for 300 W Center Street and 111 N Front and need to be obtained for 103 S. Front. If existing, all contaminated material will be removed under NESHAP requirements and hauled to a legal landfill licensed to receive ACM material, as per State regulations, with proof of acknowledged manifest. Air monitoring and or consulting will be provided by the contractor performing the demolition. Estimated cost for asbestos testing and removal and required permits should be provided with the bid. Final site clean of disturbed areas. Sites will be left at rough grade to promote positive drainage unless otherwise specified. The contractor will comply with all federal, state and local regulations, including but not limited to, all applicable OSHA/MIOSHA requirements and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Servicesinclude: • Single mobilization and demobilization/ Project setup • Materials, labor, insurance, overhead • Trades equipment • Transportation, disposal and/or delivery of reclaimed materials • Wetting of materials for dust control while in compliance with current drought restrictions.
