Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction of roadway improvements to the northbound lanes of State Route 89A from north of the roundabout intersection of State Route 179 to south of the intersection with Jordan Road. The Project is approximately 1,400 feet in length and includes some demolition, median modifications, new flexible pavement, concrete curbing, retaining walls, shared-use path, signage, landscaping, irrigation facilities, and drainage facilities modifications. Phase 1 of the project will include all work within the existing area of northbound road pavement. Phase 2 of the project will include the replacement of the existing sidewalk, located along the east side of State Route 89A, with a Shared Use Path (SUP) diverging some distance away from (east of) the existing sidewalk location. Also included in the project will be the replacement of some distressed pavement areas on State Route 89A from north of the Jordan Road roundabout to south of the Owenby Way roundabout.
