Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Meet with City of Benton staff, Benton Utilities staff and different 3rd party attachers on-site to discuss the joint use audit’s outline, strategy, data requirements, schedule, and deliverables. • Count of the current number of attachments and break them down per attacher as well as identify ownership. • Count of any power supplies/amplifiers currently on Benton Utility poles. • Inventory of any guy wires/anchors. • General distribution inspection of pole line hardware. • Identify any poles that are not currently in the system. Collect GPS and pole attributes. • Identify any NESC violations that are apparent. • Share with Benton Utilities and the City of Benton and 3rd party attachers the results of the audit as it progresses. • Perform dispute and resolution processes if it arises during the audit. • Provide data to Benton Utilities and the City of Benton in an ESRI Arc/ Info GIS. • Present and conduct a project close-out/ summary meeting.
