Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Provide clinical oversight for follow up on all services provided by mobile health staff. 2) Provide outreach and work with integrated health staff with outreach. 3) Provide assistance to community with completing applications for services and resources. 4) Provide health and welfare checks. 5) Work cooperatively as part of a two-person team with Santa Fe County Fire Department EMT to conduct outreach that identifies overdose survivors and to work directly with the identified individuals to reduce opioid overdose deaths. 6) Maintain and provide a plan of growth for the program. 7) Assist the County to develop and maintain outreach protocols and materials to guide the program efforts. 8) Work with New Mexico Department of Health, the New Mexico Human Services Department and others to identify overdose survivors for outreach services. 9) Cooperatively work with the City of Santa Fe Fire Department Mobile Integrated Health Office (MIHO). 10) Provide assistance with applying for grants to assist with operations of this program. 11) Maintain data on estimates of weekly outreach follow-ups. 12) Provide assistance with development and maintenance of spreadsheets and other appropriate reporting tools to track naloxone training activities and distribution of kits. 13) Fully comply with any requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPPA), HIPAA regulations and policies. 14) Comply with New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Board of Social Work Rules and Regulations 16.63.1 through 16.63.20 and New Mexico Statutes Annotated (NMSA) Article 31, Section 61-31-1 through 61-31-25.
