Specifications include, but are not limited to: Airport Parking Concessions; It is the intent of the City to enter into a contract with the successful Proposer to install, operate, maintain and manage a fully automated public parking lot facility, with customer service agent based in the terminal in an area to be determined. The Airport is in the process of rehabilitating paving, drainage, and electrical in the parking lots subject to this RFP; completion is anticipated by November of 2023. The current extended parking contract terminates October 31, 2024, with the ability to terminate earlier by Airport. This allows a transition time between concessionaires, if necessary. The awarded vendor will be responsible for operating the parking lots during transition.
