Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following is a general list of services to be provided. It is not intended to be all-inclusive as unanticipated situations may require additional assistance. 1. Provide all engineering services including but not limited to design, cost estimates, inspections, etc. to the City on any and all matters pertaining to this project. 2. Prepare all typical engineering documents required of the project. 3. Consult with City representatives regarding this project. 4. Accept responsibility for meeting all required deadlines. 5. Provide assistance to the City of Hope as needed in preparation of any documents required. 7. Participate and cooperate with the City in any litigation that may occur with respect to the project. 8. Etc.
