Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of San Luis Employee Benefits Trust (“City”) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and interested firms to provide Brokerage/Consulting Services for employee insurance and benefits programs. The selected firm will work with the City’s Human Resources staff to ensure the insurance coverage and carriers recommended are the most comprehensive and competitively priced to meet the City’s short-term and long-term benefits strategies. The City seeks qualifications from experienced, compliant with applicable and licensing for the profession, and otherwise qualified firms to provide broker-of-record and consulting services for the City’s employee benefits programs including, but not limited to, the City’s following programs: • Health Insurance (US/Mexico Plan & Mexico Only Plan) • Voluntary Dental Insurance (US/Mexico Plan & Mexico Only Plan) • Voluntary Vision Insurance • Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance • Short-Term and Long • Section 125 Flexible Spending Accounts • COBRA - third party administration • FMLA administration
