Specifications include, but are not limited to:Obtain Certified Water System Operator/vendor to provide Illinois Environmental Protection Act (IEPA) required services for a period of one (1) year for Shawnee Correctional Center. 1.2.1. Vendor shall be responsible for the operations of the Shawnee Correctional Center water supply in accordance with IEPA rules and regulations. 1.2.2. Vendor shall be a Responsible Operator In Charge (ROINC) Class B or higher Certified Water System Operator(s). 1.2.3. Vendor/Certified Water System Operator shall provide necessary IEPA required services, including but not limited to sampling, testing, and reporting Shawnee’ s water supply weekly, monthly and bi-annually. 1.2.4. Vendor shall maintain proper records of the specified visits for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with Ill. Admin. Code 509.
