Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Claims made Lawyers Professional Liability Insurance to provide coverage to the insureds of the Cabinet of Health and Family Services, Office of Legal Services, while carrying out their respective responsibilities. 2 2. Any actual or alleged error, misstatement, misleading statement, act, omission, or breach of duty while acting in their individual or collective capacities; or any matter claimed against them solely by reason of their involvement with the Cabinet of Health and Family Services, Office of Legal Services. 3. Provide for ninety (90) days notice of cancellation or non-renewal. 4. The following endorsement must be attached and made a part of the contract: “It is hereby agreed that in any claim or suit for damage covered by this policy, the company will not, except upon written request of the insureds by its duly authorized officer, deny liability of the insureds through the use of defense of immunity because the insured is a governmental agency.” 5. Defense costs shall be outside the limit of liability
