Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to enter into a Contract with a properly qualified, licensed, and experienced contractor to perform the 2023 Street Cut Repairs, inclusive of but not limited to the furnishing of all tools, labor and materials and performing the necessary work to be done in the street cut repairs. The work shall include but shall not be limited to the application of an estimated 548.58 tons of ACHM, 365.72 Cubic Yards of Aggregate Base Course, 642.78 Cubic Yards of Excavation, and 9,972 Linear Feet of Saw Cutting to specified utility cuts, for the City of Bentonville Street Department. All necessary work, materials, and every item of construction shall be in accordance with the specifications as prepared by the City or as referenced in the IFB-23-58 Bidding Documents
