Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission dba Little Rock Convention& Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) is seeking multiple experienced, full-service agencies toprovide needed marketing, advertising placement, creative services, and publicrelations services for the LRCV. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to• Managing and evolving the Little Rock brand, • Identifying target audiences and developing personas, • Developing the marketing strategy for the LRCVB’s marketing efforts based on research and recommendations, • Creating campaigns and marketing messaging to attract and convert both leisure and group visitors, • Creating and placing advertisements and communication of the marketing message for the audiences listed above. • Tracking marketing against key performance indicators and measuring successes.
