Support Documentation Submission The following materials must accompany each bid. The omission of any of these materials may be cause for rejection of bid. A. Warranty policy for unit. B. Listing of all exceptions to bid specifications. C. Technical and descriptive data on the unit. D. Addendums as issued by the City. Licenses The unit must come with Sixty (60)-day temporary license tag valid in the State of Kansas. Kansas Dealer Licensing Licensing requirement specifically applies to the completed pieces of equipment with all specified items installed, ready for delivery by the successful bidder/licensed dealer. See Exhibit A for additional information. Manuals Units shall be equipped with two (2) standard sets of operator’s manuals including two (2) owner’s care and two (2) full set of detailed maintenance and inspection including all vacuum, wiring and emissions diagrams. Maintenance and inspection literature supplied by CD-ROM or by secure Internet site is acceptable. Owner/operator manuals will be hard copies. Warranty Sedans shall carry a minimum of three (3)-year 36,000-mile warranty. All other mounted equipment must carry at least a one (1)-year warranty. All bidders are to detail their warranty policy as a part of this bid. A standard factory warranty shall apply to the units. All service called for in the standard warranty shall apply without exception. Warranty period shall commence on the date of acceptance of the units by the City of Topeka which is the date of the signature on the City’s receiving report.
