Specifications include, but are not limited to: Preparing a Master Plan and Noise Exposure Map Update, as well as updating the Airport Layout Plan for Kalaeloa Airport (JRF). All work shall be in accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circulars, including but not limited to, FAA Advisory Circulars 150/5070-6B and 150/5020-1. This work will require the use of qualified surveyors to conduct geodetic, imagery, geospatial and aeronautical data collection and submittal into the FAA Airports Geographic Information System (AGIS) in accordance with FAA Advisory Circulars 150/5300-16A, 150/5300-17B and 150/5300-18B, to address the required Airport Layout Plan updating component of the work. Additionally, Safety Risk Management will be conducted and applied, where applicable, in accordance with FAA Order 5200.11A, Safety Management System.
