Specifications include, but are not limited to: The College is requesting bids from qualified Offerors to provide carpet and flooring services on an as-needed basis. The successful Offeror shall provide carpet and flooring services for San Juan College facilities. Actual work will be coordinated on a job-by-job basis and the Contractor may be asked for a quote at the beginning of the job using the pricing included in this procurement. The Offeror shall demonstrate substantial experience in undertaking and completing the type of work required. The Contract shall have a term of one year with the option to renew for three (3) additional 1-year periods. The proposed bid prices will remain fixed for the first year of the contract. No additional costs or fees, including but not limited to, environmental disposal fees, pick-up or transportation fees, fuel surcharges, equipment use, etc., shall be assessed or billed to the College by the successful Offeror. All costs for services as specified in this RFP shall be included in the cost response proposed.
