Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Multnomah County Department of County Human Services, Youth and Family Services Division is seeking Proposers from whom it may purchase Community Legal Services. Services are intended to assist clients participating in Multnomah Stability Initiative (MSI) or Family Unification Project (FUP), low-income households residing in Multnomah County who are members of racial and ethnic populations disproportionately represented in poverty, and are motivated to stabilize their housing and to increase their job skills, employability, earning power, wellness and health, social capital, and positive child development.
