Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The survey will be organized with summaries under the following: Overall and Civil (the overall condition of the campus), a Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical conditions of each facility building, as well as the condition of civil amenities across the PTD campus. 2. Proposals are expected to provide notes with respect to contributor credentials, AIA architects, and Professional Engineers, noting violations with IBC, NEC etc. 3. All acronyms are to be listed in the first pages of the survey. 4. All supplemental testing by others is to be attached as an appendix. 5. Proposals are to recommend whether seismic engineering assessments; Tier 1 or Tier II, for PTD facilities are necessary. 6. Successful bidder to provide a list to the Municipality of any personnel resources required ten (10) business days in advance of need. 7. Bidder to submit testimonial work of other surveys completed, of similar size and scope, with contact information of those who solicited the work, as well as project dates of completed projects. 8. Bidder to provide undated project timeline and itemized list of all contingencies affecting the critical timeline, beginning with date of award, and ending with final acceptance. 9. Final survey is expected to reference discovered deficiencies to the Municipality of Anchorage Standards and Specifications (M.A.S.S.) dated 2015, as separate appendix. 10.It is expected the survey list and detail any risk management threats in the final document, with potential impacts to continuing operations following a catastrophic event. 11.Final survey to list risk management items in the executive summary. 12.Final survey to summarize any energy management best practices that may be better utilized in PTD Facilities. LED lighting, air curtains, heated slabs vs forced air HVAC systems, door seals, insulation etc.
