Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor is to provide Yard Debris/Leaves Receiving and Processing Services for yard debris and leaves collected at Neighborhood Cleanup Events, through Spring Cleanup and Fall Leaves Coupon programs, and/or materials collected by City crews as part of regular maintenance work, Chipper events, and fall leaves boxes. It is anticipated that the City may contract with multiple firms to provide these services. Proposers may opt to narrow their services to propose providing only specific portions of the scope of services outlined in this solicitation such as City / municipal services (i.e., provide yard debris/leaves receiving services to City Operations crews) or propose providing the full scope of services described in this solicitation and inclusive of accepting material from the general public or residents (i.e., coupons). Scope of Services includes: • Yard Debris – from Regular City Operations • Yard Debris – from City Neighborhood Programs (Chipper, Cleanup or Leaves Boxes) • Yard Debris – Spring Coupon (coupons from residents) • Leaves – Fall Coupon (coupons from residents) • Leaves – City Operations • Storm Debris – if applicable (from City Operations and/or residents)
