Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide professional design services for the Seward Highway MP 14 Railroad Crossing Reconstruction project. The project will reconstruct Seward Highway Crossing (#4054) to accommodate ARRC’s project to raise railroad grade. Work will also include drainage improvements, roadside hardware, and utilities as needed. Required professional services will include Environmental Activities (engineering support for environmental document), Surveying & Right-of-Way Mapping, Hydrologic and Hydraulic Design, Design Study Report, Public Involvement, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, Plans, Specifications, Engineer's Estimate, Assistance During Bidding, Assistance with Design Project Closeout, and Assistance During Construction
