Specifications include, but are not limited to:Fort Bend County, Texas (hereafter referred to as the “County”) seeks Proposals (“Proposals or RFP”) for selection of a Contractor (“Respondent”) to complete partial interior renovations to the existing Sienna Annex building in Missouri City, Texas to include painted drywall, ceiling tile and grid, VCT and carpet flooring, porcelain and ceramic tile, and plastic laminate clad wood doors. Modifications to the existing HVAC and electrical systems, as well as the existing fire sprinkler system will be required to accommodate the reconfiguration. Total affected area of the renovation is approximately 13,000 square feet, which is on the second floor of the building in unoccupied space. New space is to include classrooms, training rooms, offices, sleeping quarters, and locker rooms. Contractor is also to construct a 1,360 square foot covered pavilion, adjacent to the building for use in parking emergency vehicles. Plans with specifications are provided for reference in Enclosure 1.
