Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The unit shall be capable of thawing frozen storm and sanitary sewer lines. 2. The unit shall be a stand-alone portable steamer that is self-contained within an adequately sized insulated enclosed trailer to accommodate all components. It shall be equipped with a self-contained water supply, fuel supply, steam generator, and electrical generator. 3. The portable steamer shall be capable of being operated by one person. Unit must be a current 2018 or newer production model. 1. An enclosed trailer shall be supplied and be adequately sized and weight rated to house and carry all components of the self-contained portable steamer. 2. The trailer shall be equipment with an insulated trailer package. The unit shall have the ability to be operated in below zero temperatures. 3. The trailer shall be equipped with one side door (curbside) and dual rear cargo doors. 4. Shall be equipped with a 2-5/16” ball coupler, safety chains, and LED tail and marker lights. All federal and State safety requirements must be met for highway operation. 5. Interior 12V LED lighting shall be supplied within trailer to adequately illuminate equipment. 6. Two LED flood lights shall be supplied and mounted on the rear exterior of the trailer. A switch to control these lights shall be mounted in a conveniently accessible location in the interior of the trailer. 7. There shall be one amber warning LED strobe light mounted on the top front and one on the top rear of the trailer. A switch to control these lights shall be mounted in a conveniently accessible location in the interior of the trailer. 8. A 335 gallon poly water storage tank and water feed pump with bypass orifice shall be supplied and installed in trailer. 9. An exhaust system and combustion air louvers shall be supplied and equipped. The exhaust system shall include a motorized damper for the exhaust of the steam generator and a double wall vent pipe terminated with a rain cap on the exterior of the trailer. The motorized combustion air louvers shall be automatically opened and closed when the burner turns on and off.
