Specifications include, but are not limited to: Schedule A; Installing approximately 2,200 feet of 8-inch ductile iron potable water pipe, fire hydrants, valves, fittings, appurtenances, site work including excavation, yard piping, and providing a 1.3 million gallon prestressed concrete potable water reservoir, and Schedule B; providing approximately 3,000 feet of 8 inch diameter ductile iron potable water pipe, valves, fittings, and appurtenances. Deductive Alternate No. 1: Schedule B; providing approximately 3,000 feet of 8 inch diameter ductile iron potable water pipe, valves, fittings, and appurtenances. Bidders shall submit a Bid for the Base Bid Schedule A and Schedule B and for Deductive Alternate No. 1 Schedule B contemplated under this Advertisement for Bids. All work will be awarded under one contract.
