Specifications include, but are not limited to: Donna Independent School District (Donna ISD) isseeking sealed bidsfor a Service and Repair contract for all heating and cooling (HVAC) equipment on an as‐needed basis for the district owned campuses and support buildings. This contract shall include an hourly price rate, overtime rate, and emergency call rate for “on‐call service” to perform repairs on the equipment or systems on an as‐needed basis. The contractor shall provide a price for a percentage of markup of materials. The manufacturer’s/supplier’s invoice shall be attached to any bill submitted for materials. The contract must be currently certified and must be able to work on other control systems. Services shall include all work efforts necessary to complete a project including parts, equipment, labor, materials, and lifts to repair or replace issues at all locations, to original or new design specifications or conditions acceptable to Donna ISD. The Contractor(s) will perform all required administration, management, and quality assurance to ensure proper execution of maintenance & repair projects. All work performed shall be coordinated with the Energy Management Department personnel as applicable to the location of the work.
