Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. All work performed under this contract will be scheduled by the District representative from the Maintenance and Energy Management Department. Inspections shall generally be performed during the District normal operating hours (7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday). Overtime and Emergency hours are necessary. B. All work under this contract shall conform to and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local rules, regulations and codes that govern the products and/or services requested herein. C. Work shall be performed in a workman like manner in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s original or amended specifications. D. The contactor shall at all times provide adequate supervision of employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance if all the work in accordance with the terms of the contract. E. The contractor’s employees shall sign in at the campus front office, wait for assigned campus HVAC Technician so that they can open gates and doors. At the end of the job, employeesshallsign out at the campusfront office.’ F. The contractor’s employees shall be provided with appropriate name tags identifying the person and the name of the employer. Tags will be properly displayed while on District facilities. G. The District shall reserve the right to have a technician removed from work under this contract. H. The contractor shall take all necessary precautions during the period of service to protect the District’s facilities form damage by technicians and shall repair and replace, at his own expense, any damage to property caused by their employees or subcontractors. I. The contractor shall at times keep the premises free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish resulting from their work. Upon completion of work, the contractor shall remove all waste materials from the area, as well as all their tools, equipment, machinery, materials, and any other items used to perform their work. J. Recommended replacement of components shall be after approval of the District representative. K. All material and parts used to perform services shall be new, except as may be approved by the District in advance. L. The contractor shall maintain log sheets for each piece of equipment listing all services performed and the dates actions were completed. All inspection reports shall be provided to the Maintenance and Energy Management Department representative.
