Specifications include, but are not limited to: Piwai Well No. 3 was found to have a direct short to ground on the submersible motor, it is assumed that the pump did not suffer damage, verification of the status of the pump is required. The work entails removal and installation of a new 10 inch, 2-pole, 460V, 250 HP submersible motor that powers a 1050 gpm @ 660 ft TDH pump assembly; associated pump cable; 660 ft of 8 inch column pipe; four centralizers, three check valves; thirty three column couplings; and an 8” x 10” discharge head. Work will also consist of testing of the new submersible motor, attached pump assembly and associated appurtenances. A well completion report for the new equipment shall be submitted.
