Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Bright white flat paint 1st floor of each wall from top down to meet the forest green 2nd floor walls, entire wall Ceiling beams and beams down walls Duct work Each currently white painted surface, except ceiling tiles Metal conduit on walls to match the color of wall Exposed wood above cafeteria/gymnasium divider • Forest green flat paint 1st floor of every wall, from floor up to same height as mats on walls Every door and trim around doors Metal conduit on walls to match color of wall • Black paint Stairs Rails and panels on stairs Railing and grid panels on 2nd floor White backboard supports to be painted black Sprinkler heads remain unpainted Scrape loose paint Clean duct work and areas to be painted, including cleaning black backboard supports Remove white megaphone speakers on ceiling, do not reinstall Remove all signs on walls, not to be reinstalled Remove school record displays above cafeteria entrance wall, do not replace Cover cameras Cover backboards and baskets/hoops Cover upper bleachers Cover scoreboard Cover electronic screen above cafeteria entrance Cover speakers Cover exit signs Lower bleachers will be removed by owner prior to painting Gymnasium floor does not need covered Alternate 1: Paint entire ceiling white including tiles Alternate 2: Paint hallway into locker rooms and door trim to match gymnasium. Do not paint locker rooms.
