Specifications include, but are not limited to: Consultant is expected to spend time at OMIC R&D in order to conduct this evaluation and to create processes, trainings (for staff, leadership, and internal auditors), and institute systems (such as compliance software) as necessary for OMIC R&D to achieve and maintain the ISO9001, AS9100D and AS9120 certifications. Consultant will run project in 4 major steps: 1. Plan - Work with OMIC R&D to learn the ISO basics, including preparing the required documentation, quality manual, and documented processes. Final documents associated with the Quality Manual will be provided in both Portable Document File (.pdf) format and as well as the original source files that were used to create them. 2. Implement - Consultant will assist OMIC R&D to implement the ISO process, working with OMIC R&D to set goals, conduct management reviews, review results, and drive improvements. 3. Review - Consultant will, or will help OMIC R&D conduct an internal audit to prepare you for the registrar audit. Consultant will review with OMIC R&D necessary process corrections to ensure OMIC R&D has the documentation needed for ISO compliance. 4. Consultant will assist OMIC R&D in securing a registrar, or Certification Body, to perform the final external audit. Upon completion, consultant will help correct any findings (if applicable). Consultant must ensure that OMIC R&D achieves ISO9001, AS9100D and AS9120 certifications.
