Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The scope of the project is to do 1.5" surface recycle and then cover with conventional seal. 2. Permanent pavement markings will be done by KDOT. 3. The contractor is responsible for establishing and maintaining the centerline of the traveled way for the duration of the project. Splitting the traveled way with a tape measure is an acceptable technique to establish centerline. This work subsidiary to other items in the contract. 4. This project skips the town of Belle Plaine. 5. Depending on the timing of this project, the town of Belle Plaine may have a project of their own going through the town that may require coordination between contractors during construction. 6 This project has a BNSF R/R crossing within the project limits.
