Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of sewer investigation, replacement domestic hot water plant, complete plumbing and electrical lighting and controls replacement, new fire alarm system and replacement rooftop HVAC units for the Pinal County Adult Detention Center pods B & C. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to completely construct the proposed project in strict conformity and in accordance with the design plans and specifications prepared for Pinal County by GLHN Architects and Engineers and their Associated Firms. The work is to be accomplished in a good and workmanlike and substantial manner and to the satisfaction of the Pinal County Facilities Management Director and of the Architect/Engineer of Record. This work shall be accomplished in accordance with the standards of the Industry in use at the time of the signing of this contract.
