Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Beaverton is seeking sealed proposals from qualified consultants who could provide multicultural community engagement to participants in the city’s affordable housing, long-range planning, and cultural inclusion programs. This will include the facilitation of the Beaverton Organizing and Leadership Development (BOLD) Program. The affordable housing program’s goal is to implement a set of policies, strategies, programs, and various funding sources to address housing needs in the city throughout the housing continuum from homelessness to homeownership. The cultural inclusion program goals are to help the City of Beaverton become increasingly welcoming, inclusive, representative, and responsive to historically excluded communities, particularly communities of color, immigrants, and refugees.
