Specifications include, but are not limited to: Before the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP), for a range of services to address co-occurring disorders (COD) including substance use (SU), co-occurring substance use, and mental health disorders needed to deliver continuity of care for those who a redeemed non-violent from the Hawaii State Hospital and Community Mental Health Clinics, the Adult Mental Health Division’s Hawaii State Hospital, and CommunityMental Health Clinics, and the Treatment and Recovery Branch (TRB) of the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division (ADAD), is seeking comments from interested parties on the availability and interest of potential service providers with staffing capabilities for this population and other related information on local conditions and areas of concern
