Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project is to construct an obstacle course at the CNM Westside campus near MJG building that meets the specifications as outlined in the NMAC (New Mexico Administrative Code). Work to include grading and drainage, perimeter chain link fencing and gates, site work such as compacted crusher fine paths, structural (CMU wall, concrete platform with ramp and two-story stair tower), miscellaneous steel (custom built arrest simulator) and an additive alternate for lighting and one security camera. Owner provided equipment: police vehicle Description of Obstacle course test: Officer starts in vehicle and runs 30’ to an open door at bottom of stairs. Run up two flights of stairs and pause for one minute. Run down the stairs and run 100’ to a five foot high platform, accessed by a steel ramp. Jump off the platform and run 37’-6” to a post, turn and run back and touch the platform. Run 25’ to a six foot high concrete block wall and scale it. After scaling the wall, run 50’ to an arrest simulator and raise the arms. Passing score is three minutes and five seconds.
