Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 GENERALPROVISIONS 3.1.1 After execution of a Contract, a Proposer will be designated as a Contractor and will perform the services and complete the Work described in this Section 3. Agency and the selected Proposer will negotiate aStatement of Work for the Contract. The Statement of Work will include provisions based on this Scope of Work, the successful Proposer’s Proposal, or other terms and conditions negotiated by the parties or required by statute or rule. 3.2 TRAINING Contractor will assess the training needs of the Agency and provide the necessary training of the fidelity Family Functional Therapy (FFT). Ensuring clinicians in Oregon will be able to deliver fidelity-based Family Functional Therapy (FFT) services. The Contractor will track progress in FFT fidelity and provide monthly updates to Agency. 3.2.1 Should this project be, The services will be completed in three phases. The threephase method maximizes and provides the highest percentage of trainings. 3.2.2 Agency intends to implement FFT across the state by contracting with provider organizations and independent clinicians to be trained in FFT. Agency anticipates identifying cohorts of 6 – 12 individual clinicians at a time. Agency anticipates beginning training with 3 cohorts in the first year of a contract and 3 in the following year. Agency and Proposer may agree to recruit additional cohorts based on statewide need and Proposers capacity. 3.3 CLINICALTRAINING(PHASEONE) The Proposer will provide an initial training and technical assistance period that will focus on ensuring a well-built infrastructure that will support clinicians to take maximum advantage of FFT training/consultation. This period is expected to last between 8 and 16 months and will include: • In Person Initial Training for each site; • Regular and planned consultation with each team to work on client level work with FFT implementation; • Regular Follow Up Trainings to address site specific needs; • Additional clinical trainings as agreed to by Child Welfare and Proposer; • Initial trainings for supervisors; • Access to web-based FFT fidelity management system for each team; • Deliver training in a manner approved by ODHS; • Proposer shall ensure that all participants complete a clinical training phase within one year from their start date. If participants require longer, Proposer shall notify ODHS. The clinical training phase may be extended with ODHS approval.
