Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Business oriented environmental compliance counseling, including interpretation and analysis of applicable legal requirements, regulatory interaction and permitting assistance; a. Counsel will be employed by the ATTOURNEY GENERAL to represent UConn. Counsel will work under the day-to-day direction of the UConn General Counsel or their designee subject to oversight by UConn's President and the ATTORNEY GENERAL. b. All work to be provided under these Services must be provided in a confidential manner. 2. Ability to leverage relationships with regulatory agencies and key employees to achieve desired results and provide counsel regarding government-relations issues that may arise;
