Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1 GENERAL 3.1.1.1 Shall be new and a current production model with a minimum one year production time and a minimum of 25 units sold. 3.1.1.2 Prototypes and demonstrator models will not be accepted. 3.1.1.3 Unit bid shall operate on 208volt 3 phase electrical. 3.1.1.4 Unit bid shall be ALI and ETL certified. 3.1.1.5 Unit bid shall operate on 90 psi minimum to 120 psi maximum. 3.1.1.6 Shall have a single point air actuated lock release to disengage column locks simultaneously. 3.1.1.7 Shall have hinged diamond plate tread ramps. 3.1.1.8 Lift shall include a column mounted air/electric workstation with filter/lubricator/regulator unit mounted to the lift. 3.1.1.9 Bid shall include installation of unit bid. 3.1.2 Capacity 3.1.2.1 Shall be rated for 30,000 pound capacity minimum regardless the wheelbase of the vehicle. 3.1.2.2 Shall be capable of holding a minimum wheelbase of 244- inches. 3.1.3 Frame 3.1.3.1 Lift overall length shall be 315-inches maximum. 3.1.3.2 Lift overall width from outside of baseplates to outside of baseplates shall me a maximum 173-inches. 3.1.3.3 Width of runways shall be a minimum of 23-inches. 3.1.3.4 Width between runways shall be a minimum 46-inches and a maximum of 52-inches. 3.1.3.5 Height of columns shall be a maximum 93-inches tall. 3.1.4 Platform 3.1.4.1 Platform shall be general service deck. 3.1.4.2 Platform rise shall be a minimum of 71-inches. 3.1.5 Rolling Jacks 3.1.5.1 Quantity of (2) two rolling air jacks with a minimum capacity rating of 15,000 pounds per jack shall be included. 3.1.5.2 Lift shall have an internal airline kit to accommodate dual rolling jacks. 3.1.12 Warranty: 3.1.12.1 The unit must be accompanied by manufacturer’s standard warranty against manufacturers defects. 3.1.13 Operating and Service Manuals and Parts Lists: 3.1.13.1 An operator’s manual must be included with each unit upon delivery.
