Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Applications (RFA) is published to solicit applications for theprovision of veterinarian investigative services to assist the Office ofProfessional Licensure and Certification (OPLC) staff with investigations inareas that include, but are not limited to:•Malpractice.•Incompetence.•Unprofessional conduct.•Consumer complaints.The OPLC anticipates awarding one (1) contract for the services in this RFA.Qualified applicants include veterinarians who are licensed, or previouslylicensed, by the OPLC with no restrictions to practice in the State of NewHampshire.Qualified applicants who are members of the Board of Veterinary Medicine (theBoard) may apply to provide services in this RFA. If selected to enter into acontract with the OPLC, the applicant must resign their position as boardmember for the duration of the resulting contract.
