Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Education and Early Development (DEED), Division of Innovation and Education Excellence (IEE), is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide facilitation and coordination support for the development and implementation of a Virtual Education Consortium to meet the requirements of the Reads Act and the current needs of districts in delivering virtual content. The facilitator will ensure that DEED has a smooth implementation of the consortium by facilitating stakeholder engagement, buy-in, and participation in all planned meetings and by supporting a strategic planning process that encourages participation and consensus for future activities. The facilitator will provide ongoing support to DEED in implementing the strategic plan and supporting DEED and districts with implementation. Deliverables include agendas, facilitation plans, strategic planning, a virtual platform for compiling information (like teams or google drives), relevant resources, and technical assistance
