Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.2.1 Contractor shall have existing mobile repair units and personnel capable of providing glass replacement/repair and window tinting services. 3.2.2 The City of Glendale Fleet Management Division, at a minimum, requires a verbal response within 1 hour from time of call to Shop Coordinator as to availability and service response. 3.2.3 BUSINESS HOURS shall be work performed between 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding City holidays. 3.2.4 Response time to all BUSINESS HOURS repair service work shall be within six (6) hours on-site after Contractor responds to a verbal response request. The six (6) hour response time shall carryover the next working day if called into Contractor after 12:00 Noon.
