Both documents contain out-of-date information and graphics due to changes at both the stateand federal levels. Updates will need to include:4.1.0.1Changes made to FEMA’s Risk MAP program including the establishment of theDNR’s Cooperating Technical Partnership (CTP) with FEMA and development of2-Dimensional Base Level Engineering used to produce new flood risk informationfrom the State of Iowa.4.1.0.2Explaining in detail the formatting changes made to the Flood Insurance Rate Maps and Flood Insurance Studies.4.1.0.3A substantial rewrite and explanation of the flood insurance unit concerning implementation of Risk Rating 2.0, as well as several examples, statistics, andrating methodologies used throughout the documents regarding flood insurance.4.1.0.4Incorporation of updates made to FEMA’s mitigation programs, including theimplementation of the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC)Program.
