Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project is located at UConn Health, 263 Farmington Avenue, Farmington, CT and involves renovation and equipment replacement in a fluoroscopy room and support spaces in an active hospital Radiology department. Construction/installation activities will need to be coordinated in order to minimize the impact on adjacent hospital and Radiology functions. Surrounding areas will remain open during renovation. Infection Control (ICRA) and Life Safety (ILSM) measures will need to be followed on this project. Renovation scope includes changes to wall construction, doors, ceilings, finishes, MEP/FP distribution and tie-ins to existing infrastructure, plumbing, medical gas piping, fire alarm, data and security, etc. Coordination with medical equipment vendors for removal and installation of major medical equipment is required.
