Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove existing grass from infield, skirts and up to 10.5’ behind arc and dump on-site as directed by the owner (HCS). GPS irrigation heads from the entire infield and skirt areas. Provide and install 3 loads of Diamond Select Infield Mix. Blend mix into existing mix at 3” depth. Laser grade entire infield and skirt areas, including skinned area to shed water off field. Rebuild home plate circle by tilling in clay to the entire circle and clay blocks for (3) boxes. Provide and install new Hollywood home plate. Make home plate circle a 13’ radius. Renovate Pitcher’s mound with new rubber and clay blocks in plateau and landing zone, reshape slopes. Realign all bases and set new pegs to align with existing foul poles. Put skinned arc to 95’. Provide and install 3-4 tons of Heritage Red Field Conditioner as a top coat over newly graded skinned area. Once final grade is met, all irrigation heads will be reinstalled and leveled to new playing surface. Excavate existing warning track material out, make new 10’ width, 3” depth warning track from dugout to dugout. Track Pro Red material to be used. Install new Northbridge Bermuda sod on infield and skirt areas. Also, install new sod around back of skinned area at 10.5’ width. There will be approximately 18,000 sq. ft. of new sod installed. Tarps for home plate and pitcher’s mound are not needed. No drainage work included.
