Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Davenport has received a special allocation of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s HOME Investment Partnership Program through the 2021 American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP). Proposals will be reviewed based on but not limited to proposed project outcomes, qualifications and experience working with qualifying populations, experience delivering supportive service programs, proposed cost effectiveness and duplication of benefits. Evaluations will focus on identifying the relative strengths, weaknesses, deficiencies, and risks associated with each Proposal. City reserves the right to obtain clarification or additional information with any agency regarding its Proposal.
