Specifications include, but are not limited to: Base Bid - Item 01 - Portion of Belmont Rd – Reclaim and Grading • In place reclaim existing asphalt. • Grade to acceptable road profile, match in existing driveways • Compact with vibratory roller • Provide stepped milled transition to existing roadway pavements. Base Bid - Item 02 - Portion of Belmont Rd – Asphalt Paving • Apply emulsion tack coat prior on stepped mill transitions. • Install 2 ½” base course of Type II Marshall Mix • Install 1 ½” top course of Type III Marshall Mix • Estimated quantity of asphalt paving is 1930 tons. • All driveways to have a two-foot paved apron (paved driveways to be milled for smooth transition prior to overlay). Base Bid - Item 03 – Portion of Belmont Rd – Shoulder Gravel • Install shoulder gravel as needed along roadway edges and drives.
