Specifications include, but are not limited to: Offeror is expected to manage the Physician Leadership Program with minimal assistance from the Medical Center. Offeror is expected to provide Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits to the Medical Center’s physician participants. Offeror is expected to provide education on communication, influence, finance, quality, and negotiation. Offeror is expected to provide the education primarily through a virtual platform. Offeror is expected to provide testing material to ensure satisfactory mastery of content. Offeror is expected to offer process and procedural training with a King’s Daughters Medical Center subject matter expert. Offeror is expected to customize reporting to meet the needs of the Medical Center.
