Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove & dispose of equipment from York XTI AHU for buildings: F, H & I. Deliver & install one new fan assembly with new motor & any other parts necessary to return the air handler to normal service in each building. Installation work must be scheduled with Plant Ops. Adjust fan belts & align sheaves & any other work required for the new fan wheel assembly & motor to run properly. Start up & test to insure proper functioning. At completion of the work, Contractor will provide a written warranty that the completed project is free from any workmanship or material defects for a period of 1 year starting from the date of the works formal acceptance. The warranty shall state that, in case of any workmanship defects that will occur within the 1 year, the Contractor shall implement the necessary corrective work without charging the government for the costs of materials, labor & equipment use.
