Specifications include, but are not limited to: The California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) Turlock North Valley Laboratory Replacement Project (Project) will construct, via a design-build delivery method, a new facility replacing the Northern San Joaquin Valley California Department of Food and Agriculture Laboratory. The new laboratory will be a single-story building and will be approximately 41,000 GSF on a new site of approximately 4 to 6 acres. The new laboratory includes build-in laboratory equipment and casework, site work, utilities, walkways, curbs, signage, landscaping, irrigation, fencing, gates, trash enclosure, storage outbuildings, animal holding pens, site drainage, site lighting, communications, water tank, septic tank, water retention system and related items.
