Specifications include, but are not limited to: i) Undertake and provide a comprehensive geographic information system (GIS) compliant audit of the streetlights and their components. HANOVER will provide a base layer shapefile indicating known locations of existing lights. However, the CONTRACTOR shall field-verify actual light locations. ii) Perform an independent and certified lighting design analysis that includes designing each replacement luminaire to provide perceived light levels on the ground equal to or more than existing light levels. iii) The CONTRACTOR doing the installation work must be approved by Liberty Utilities to work on utility owned components. The CONTRACTOR shall obtain all approvals including certifications and licensing required by Liberty Utilities prior to beginning of work on Liberty owned facilities. iv) All electrical work shall be performed by a New Hampshire licensed CONTRACTOR with proper training and certification. v) During the audit phase, the CONTRACTOR shall identify and list the condition of all components comprising the streetlights. Any component that is deteriorated or unsuitable for service shall be flagged and reported to HANOVER.
